1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service allows users to upload audio and video files for the purpose of automated transcription, clip generation, video reframing, captioning, and related editing features. The Service relies on third-party providers for certain functionality, including speech-to-text transcription, AI-assisted content analysis, and stock media libraries.

3. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the audio and video files you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it and to authorize the processing described in these Terms.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transform Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, violates any applicable law, or contains material that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of this section.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law — that's why every account starts with 200 free credits, so you can try the full pipeline before you ever pay.

New accounts receive a one-time allotment of 200 free trial credits, which expire 1 year after account creation if unused. Each step of the clip-creation process (uploading, transcription, hook selection, captioning, B-roll, music, reframing, and rendering) consumes credits at the rates published on the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs to provide transcription, AI analysis, and stock media (images, video, and music). Media sourced from third-party libraries is selected using safe-search filtering and is limited to content from verified, highly-rated contributors. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any third-party service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that automated transcription, AI-generated suggestions, or video output will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
